What makes a blog “good”?
We know what you’re thinking: there are many meanings for what can be considered “good”. When it comes to the GoodBlogAwards, our definition revolves around the theme for you to “Spark & Share”.
We’re looking for blogs that have the potential to ignite ideas that can enhance our lives and impart some form of spiritual growth. We consider a blog “good” if it inspires others to reach out, take the extra step and pave the way forward to improve the quality of life for a single individual, or the nation as a whole. Show us how ordinary people can do extraordinary things!
CATEGORIES
The GoodBlogAwards has three (3) different blog categories: Text, Photo and Video
Text Blog
350 to 750 words
May include images and other graphic elements
Active link to the original postPhoto Blog
A single photo or photo series of up to 3 images
150 word description
Active link to the original postVideo Blog
Short video up to 2-minutes
150 word description
Active link to the original post
You can submit only 1 entry per category, but you may submit in multiple categories. For example, you can submit 1 Text blog entry, but you can also submit a Photo or Video entry as well.
We also have a Special Categories section that features a special prize!
CONTEST RULES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a resident of the Philippines
- Must be 16 years old and above
- Must have original content on the web published within 2011 on any social media platform
We accept entries from any social media platform/website (i.e.Wordpress, Blogger, Tumblr, Facebook, etc.)

Needless to say, since the Good Blog Awards is all about what’s good, submitted content must be in good taste. We reserve the right to refuse submissions that contain or express any offensive content, whether in the form of language or images.

Once you fill out the registration form and provide your entry, you will receive a confirmation letter in your email as well as an link to get your Good Blog Awards badge. This will tell everybody that visits your blog that you are participating in our contest!
VOTING/JUDGING
To vote for your favorite Good Blog, use the 10-star rating system. You may vote more than once for any blog in any category.
Winners will be picked according to online votes, online views and a panel of judges chosen by Gadgets Magazine. So be sure to tell your friends to vote!
